HEM-POWR APP and Website (“HEM-POWR System”) are intended solely for participants in the HEM-POWR study who reside in the United States. HEM-POWR is an Observational Study Evaluating Effectiveness and Safety of Real-World Treatment with Damoctocog alfa pegol in Previously Treated Patients with Hemophilia A.

Key privacy message: The information coming from the HEM-POWR Study app will NOT be shared with third parties, either identified or de-identified, unless it is required to by the study protocol or to comply with a legal request.

As a participant of the HEM-POWR study, you have the option to use your existing health app, MicroHealth Hemophilia, to capture your infusion and bleed information. Additionally, you can use the HEM-POWR App with your MicroHealth Hemophilia Account to get access to the Patient-Reported Outcomes Questionnaires which are part of your participation in the HEM-POWR study.

Utilizing MicroHealth Hemophilia or HEM-POWR apps is absolutely voluntary and your decision to use or not use it will neither affect your participation in the HEM-POWR study nor the standard medical care for you / your child.

Except for the “key privacy message” above, which supersedes any clauses found in MicroHealth’s Privacy Policy, all other aspects related to the sharing of the HEM-POWR study data are subject to MicroHealth Hemophilia App’s privacy policy, which is linked below for your reference. Your informed consent has a section explaining the key highlights of this policy.
